Forum privacy policy

Account data. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account identifier, verified email, name and profile picture. None of this is ever shown in the forum.

Forum profile. An anonymous username generated for you (you may shuffle or choose your own), plus your reputation score, join date and activity counts.

Content you post. Topics, replies, tags, "Helpful" marks, follows and reports, with their timestamps.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) kept for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

We do not use session replay, screen recording, keystroke logging, mouse-movement capture or any tool that records what you type before you submit it.

Your anonymous username, your posts and replies, your tags, your reputation and your join date are public and readable by anyone, including search engines and AI crawlers.

Your email address, your Google account details, your IP address and your real identity are never public and are never shown to other members.

Treat every post as permanently public. Never post your real name, address, phone number, bank or card details, account logins or identity documents.

Every topic and reply is screened by an automated moderation system before or shortly after it appears, and may be reviewed by human moderators. By submitting content you consent to this screening and review.

Screening applies to content you submit to the forum. We do not monitor, intercept or record your private communications elsewhere, and the forum has no private messaging.

Content flagged as a scam, a money request, spam, harassment, doxxing or otherwise against the community rules may be hidden, removed or queued for human review.

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and keep the forum secure; these cannot be switched off.

No analytics, advertising, pixel or session-analysis technology of any kind loads until you give explicit, affirmative consent through the cookie banner. Declining costs you nothing and leaves the forum fully usable. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use your forum content for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period for abuse prevention.

If you delete your account, your profile and account data are removed and your posts are anonymised — detached from you and shown as from a removed member — so existing discussions stay readable. Records we are legally required to keep are retained in anonymised form for the retention period.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@squirrelll.ing, or by using the account deletion page. You may also object to processing, request a copy of your data, and withdraw cookie consent at any time without penalty.

You can disconnect Google sign-in from your Google account permissions page; that stops future Google sign-ins but does not delete your forum account.
