Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Squirrelll.ing account at any time. Submitting a deletion request closes your account, cancels active Savings Pods, and removes your personal profile data.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, location).
  • Your saved preferences, notifications, and device identifiers.
  • Your wallet history visible inside the app.

What we may retain

Some transaction records and identity data are retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory compliance reasons, as required by applicable financial regulations.

Before you delete

Withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet and complete or close out active Savings Pods. Once deletion is processed, your account cannot be restored.
